  Listen up Hookah Freaks! HookaH-HookaH has released the newest thing in Shisha; Evolution. With a name like that, there should be no doubt about what the herbal shisha market is doing… evolving; and guess who’s on top of the game?   The concept of the Hookah was invented in India around 1542 AD, (following the European introduction of tobacco around 1540 AD) with the first hookahs being constructed out of coconut shells. Immediately, the art of smoking hookah took on a heavy social connotation, and became one of the many traditions between friends and new comers alike. The Hookah Tradition caught on, and like most things, each culture put their own personal spin on it. Glass replaced the coconut shell in many cultures, and stems and bowls were fashioned out of more substantial materials. The biggest innovators of hookah smoking, however, came from the Middle East. They elaborated on the idea of smoking hookah as the crème-de la-crème of social events and introduced hookahs to places where people gather naturally; coffee and tea cafes.   Traditionally speaking, hookah tobacco or “Shisha” as the name has been determined was the only hookah smoking product offered for consumption. Shisha is a mixture of tobacco and treacle, honey or sugar, and distilled water with fruit flavors.
